Domestic Staffing Placement Fees & Guarantee:

The Assistant Company is a premier domestic staffing and nanny agency specializing in the placement of Estate Managers, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Butlers, Nannies, Housekeepers, and Chefs for private households and estates.

We proudly serve clients in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Miami, Phoenix, Santa Barbara, and West Palm Beach, providing transparent placement fees, personalized service, and a comprehensive guarantee designed to ensure long-term successful matches.

Our Domestic Staffing Placement Fees:

We understand that every situation is different and each has its own set of requirements. At The Assistant Company, we will work with you in developing a specific job description and salary.

Clients are not obligated to pay any fees until they have selected a candidate and the candidate begins work.

Placements Fees:

• Live-out placements: 20% of total gross annual compensation with a minimum of $3,500.

• Live-in placements: 25% of total gross annual compensation with a minimum of $4,000.

• Short-term placements (4 months or less): 30% of total gross compensation with a minimum of $3,500.

Our Guarantee

We offer full-time and part-time placements.  In the event that the candidate does not work out to your specifications, The Assistant Company will provide a replacement at no additional charge during the first three months (for full-time placements) or two months (for part-time placements) of your annual contract.
