We understand that every situation is different and each has its own set of requirements. At The Assistant Company, we will work with you in developing a specific job description and salary.

Clients are not obligated to pay any fees until they have selected a candidate and the candidate begins work.

Full-time Permanent Placements (30 hours per week or more): 20% of the annual gross salary or $6,000, whichever is greater.

Part-time Permanent Placements (29 hours per week or less): 20% of annual gross salary or $3,500, whichever is greater.

Occasional Placements (for services provided less than 3 months and/or at a frequency of less than once per week): Rates vary; please call for a quote.

Temporary Placement : Rates vary; please call for a quote.

Our Guarantee

We offer full-time and part-time placements. In the event that the candidate does not work out to your specifications, The Assistant Company will provide a replacement at no additional charge during the first three months (for full-time placements) or two months (for part-time placements) of your annual contract.
