Requirements:

Personal Assistant • Executive Assistant • Estate Manager • Butler • Household Manager

• Strong command of English language• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

• 4-year degree from an accredited College or University• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers

• MUST have a minimum 5 - 7 years related professional experience serving as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Estate Manager, Household Manager or Butler for a high profile or high net worth individual or family.

• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities

• Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed• Mac and PC proficient; able to seamlessly operate both systems

• Must have experience working in high stress, fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required at all times

• Valid Driver’s License; confident driver with zero points

• Valid Passport; willing and able to travel both domestic and abroad

• Legally able to work in the United States

Nanny • Baby Nurse

• Newborn and childcare experience required, experience with twins a plus


• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers


• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university preferred but not required


• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; above and beyond attitude


• Fluency in English is required and knowledge of a second language is a plus; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal


• Flexibility with scheduling; ability to work both overtime and weekends as needed


• General knowledge of first aid; required CPR certification (both infant and child)
• Authorized to work within the United States
